When we have all of the items of your order in stock, we will process it for shipment immediately. Please note most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving our warehouse. If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued as well as a confirmation email explaining the reason for the refund. You may receive a shipping notification before your order actually leaves our warehouse, as this message is sent automatically as soon as a shipping label is created.
Pre-ordered items ship slightly before or on their release dates. If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together. If you want to buy in-stock items at the same time as a pre-order, the in-stock items will only ship immediately if placed on a separate order.
